Lessons on equal opportunity from AlmatyelectrotransTo promote good practice on equal opportunity in the transport sector, EBRD worked closely with one of its clients, Almatyelectrotrans (AET), from October 2013 to June 2015. The twin goals of the project were to: 1. Strengthen AET’s capacity to ensure equal opportunity for women and men in its operations; and 2. Support AET to increase the number of women bus drivers in its bus operations.
